By accessing or using VAB-CODE ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or services.

2. Educational & Developer Fair Use

VAB-CODE is provided free of charge for students, educators, and software engineers for educational learning, laboratory practice, problem-solving, and code execution.

Users agree not to:

  • Use the platform to execute, generate, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or exploits.
  • Attempt to compromise or abuse third-party advertising partners, including automated or fraudulent clicks on Google AdSense advertisements.
  • Attempt denial-of-service attacks or flood automated requests to the website hosting infrastructure.

3. Intellectual Property Rights (User Code Ownership)

You retain 100% full ownership and copyright of any code or algorithms you write or execute on VAB-CODE. We claim zero intellectual property rights over code created in the editor.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for maximum compiler accuracy and stability across Python, C, C++, and Java WebAssembly runtimes, VAB-CODE makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, compiler infallibility, or data recovery if browser cache is cleared.

5. Third-Party Advertisements & Links

Our platform may display advertisements managed by Google AdSense and other trusted advertising networks. We do not control or endorse the content of third-party advertisements or external websites linked within them.

6. Termination and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of VAB-CODE following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
